The company has gone for a bold step in launching the budget Asus Memo Pad. It does have good features for a price of $149 if you do not want it for gaming or for high resolution. It is a new entry in the low cost Android tablet market and we will see a lot of competition in the low budget tablets among Amazon Kindle Fire, Asus Memo, Alcatel and Polaroid.
Although Asus Memo Pad ME172V features may be not be as superb as Google Nexus 7 or Apple iPad Mini but it delivers a good tablet at this price.
